Ice Hockey Sticks
System V UK Limited provides its customers with a limited warranty against manufacturing faults or defects for thirty days from date of original purchase.
Under the warranty we will provide a replacement if there is no evidence that the product has been misused, altered, skate cut, over-heated or exposed to flames or damaged as a result of an act of neglect on the part of the user.

All equipment warranty requests and enquiries must be made through the retailer, club or agent that originally supplied the equipment. Claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or in the case of a stick supplied via an authorised retailer an electronic cash register receipt.
Claims Procedure

The email will need to include;
- Your full name and address (Including Post Code).
- A contact number (Mobile or Fixed Line).
- An email address.
- The serial number and specifications of the stick (Curve, Flex, Model).
- The date of purchase, invoice number and from whom the stick was bought.
- How the breakage occurred and the location of the breakage.
- A photo or photo’s of the stick

System V UK’s Sales and Manufacturing group will examine the photos and decide whether or not the product breakage is as a result of a manufacturing fault. The final decision is at the sole discretion of our experts.
If the team are unable to come to a conclusion from the information and photo or photo’s supplied then it may be necessary for the club or retailer to return the stick for closer examination. Responsibility for costs of returning a stick remains with the purchaser (recorded delivery is recommended).
If our experts conclude that the breakage is as a result of a manufacturing fault then we will inform the purchaser and make best endeavours to replace the broken stick within fourteen days.
Limitations on Warranty
All replaced product will be warranted from the retail purchase date of the original product.
In addition, this warranty excludes System V UK Limited and its directors and officers of being liable for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of its products. |
